Special Operations Consultant

As a member of the Special Operations team, the Special Operations Consultant will maximize client success and growth across the company's roster of most strategic clients. The consultant will attain its goals by coordinating new client activation's across our functional teams, developing relationships at all levels within client organizations, and implementing best practices and innovative testing and optimization techniques with key brand and agency clients. The Director will work in collaboration with account teams to introduce new offerings, and develop and implement strategies that drive increased ROI and strive to break limits of what's possible with our software. The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience in the digital media landscape coupled with a mindset that is both analytical and creative. An entrepreneurial spirit and strong drive to succeed are must haves in this role, along with an exceptional level of accountability and high Do:Say ratio. This role reports to the SVP of Special Ops and will work collaboratively with several teams and senior leaders in the company. What you'll do: Help develop and implement strategic account plans across top brand and agency clients Attend key client Business Review and working session meetings to review and progress implementation of account plans including sophisticated testandlearn processes Assist in the introduction and launching of new products across existing and new business sales teams and client accounts Develop and implement best practices by formalizing and presenting POVs and thought pieces used for internal and client training Educate and evangelize programmatic media buying and solutions at senior levels and across client functional teams and partner organizations Assist in competitive bakeoff situations, ensuring that tests are set to be fair and serving our clients' best interests Develop and present case studies internally and publicly; may involve editorial authorship and public speaking opportunities What it will take to succeed: Relevant experience in digital media Experience with software based media technologies An entrepreneurial mindset and drive A passion for creativity and problem solving Strong analytical skills Dazzling communication skills written, oral, presentations Ability to navigate cross functionally Opening date for applications: 19th May 2017 Closing date for applications: 16th June
